The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor. There is a set of bunk beds, two single beds and a double bed. The cottage sleeps six.

There are shops at Broadford including a Butcher, Baker, Supermarket and General Stores plus several Restaurants and a 24-hour Petrol Station. The Post calls each evening, if necessary, but there are no other deliveries and no bus service.
